To celebrate Alex’s milestone 50th birthday, we chartered a private mega yacht and created a once-in-a-lifetime ocean celebration - styled, curated and coordinated entirely by the Touch of Jewel Events team.
Guests boarded at a private marina in Cancun and were transported into an experience built around the theme “All Shades of Blue,” blending nautical chic with luxury flair. The setup included bespoke lounge furniture, personalized details, and thoughtful touches that reflected the honoree’s personality and love for travel, style, and celebration.
What made this even more extraordinary? We flew in a Nigerian private chef to cater the menu for the yacht, offering guests a curated dining experience filled with West African flavors, beautifully plated and served with ocean views. From live grilling to plated entrees and specialty cocktails, every bite was memorable.
Of course, no celebration is complete without entertainment. @djexpression kept the energy alive all day long, while our MC @segunpryme brought humor and charisma that had everyone smiling. Our media team - @bomaonephotography and @dulamedia — documented every second, from boarding to sunset dancing on the deck.
Logistically, our team managed everything from vendor transport and setup to luxury shuttle coordination for all 75 guests, ensuring seamless travel to and from the marina.
