The celebration transitioned into an alfresco cocktail hour, followed by a vibrant reception under the stars.

Guests dined on an exquisite menu curated by a Nigerian chef flown in exclusively for this event — blending traditional flavors with a high-end presentation. Every course was paired with a carefully designed tablescape, featuring specialty rentals and custom stationery sourced internationally.

With a full guest count of 75, we also managed coordinated shuttles for excursions, event transfers, and every touchpoint across the weekend.

As the evening ended with dancing, heartfelt speeches, and a surprise champagne toast, even the venue staff was so impressed that the Hilton Cancun requested to feature the celebration on their social media (with client consent).
